Making Client's Dreams Come True!
Meet Hollie and Jeffrey B! Jeff's brother, a client and friend of ours referred them to us for this refinance. We were able to drop their PMI over $150/mo as well as their rate by almost 2%!
Our clients and friends Leandri K. and Jon B. with their sweet fur child, Luna! We did an absolute overhaul on their refinance and managed to close in just 15 days with NO APPRAISAL NEEDED!
Congratulations to Josh M. and his wonderful realtor Jess Toroki on this 12 Day CTC Purchase! From loan application submission to cleared to close in JUST 12 days for this purchase!
